If we discover a pricing or stock issue after you’ve placed an order, we’ll contact you right away to make it right.

Most of our items are handmade, custom, or printed-to-order through trusted partners.

This means shipping times can vary depending on demand, supply, or weather delays (we are ranch folks after all!).

Colors and textures may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings — we promise to keep photos as true to life as possible.

We may limit or cancel orders if we believe an item is being purchased for resale or misuse.

4. Payments & Billing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

We accept secure payments through Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other available processors.

You agree to provide complete, accurate billing and shipping information when making a purchase. If payment cannot be processed or verified, your order may be delayed or canceled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders as quickly as possible, but delivery times may vary based on product type and location.

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Ten-Four Ranch Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is to make sure you love your order.

Please review our Refund Policy for details on returns, exchanges, or replacements.

Certain custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for returns unless damaged or defective.

7. User Content & Reviews

We love seeing our products out in the wild!

By tagging or submitting photos, reviews, or testimonials, you grant Ten-Four Ranch Co. permission to share that content on our social channels or website (with credit, of course).

We reserve the right to remove any inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content.
